These terms apply when you use this website — elenasbusiness.netlify.app — or buy anything from Elena's Business. By submitting a form or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown on each offering before you pay.
Each offering's form first collects your name and email so we know who the order is for; payment is then processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. After your payment, we use the email you provided to deliver your purchase.
Videos are digital products, delivered electronically using the email address from your order. Consulting sessions are scheduled by email after purchase, at a time that works for both sides. If you don't receive what you bought, contact us and we will make it right.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any video or consulting purchase, so please make sure an offering is right for you before you buy. Consulting sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice by email — rescheduling is not a refund.
All videos and materials sold here are the exclusive property of Elena's Business. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to watch and use them yourself — nothing more. You may not share, distribute, copy, upload, resell, rent, lend, give away, or publicly display or perform any purchased video or material, in whole or in part, and you may not pass along your purchase, download links, or access to anyone else. Sharing or distributing purchased content violates these terms and copyright law; it may result in your access being terminated without refund and may subject you to legal liability. The Elena's Business name, logo, videos, and site content belong to Elena's Business and may not be used without prior written permission.
Elena is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, or financial advisor. Her relationship advice & life mentoring is based on her personal experience and is shared for educational and personal-growth purposes only. It is not therapy, counseling, medical or mental-health care, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for working with a licensed professional. Her business consulting likewise shares her experience from 12 years running her bakery — it is educational guidance, not legal, financial, or accounting advice — and no particular business or personal outcome is guaranteed. To the extent allowed by law, Elena's Business is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or its products and services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any dispute relating to them or to a purchase will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in full effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Elena's Business regarding this site and your purchases; not enforcing a term on one occasion is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your purchase or your rights under these terms to anyone else.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Purchases are governed by the terms in effect when the purchase was made.
